Distribution Center Operations Manager

Distribution Center Operations Manager Hazleton, PennsylvaniaA leading national distribution and supply chain organization is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations within a high-volume distribution center.
This position will lead an entire shift operation across multiple functional areas while driving safety, productivity, service, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution center operations for an assigned shift
• Oversee multiple departments including inbound, outbound, transportation, inventory movement, and specialty operations
• Manage and develop supervisors and frontline leadership teams
• Drive performance against productivity, quality, safety, and service KPIs
• Lead pre-shift meetings and operational communications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Develop talent and succession plans for future leadership growth

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• 5+ years of distribution center, warehouse, or logistics leadership experience
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success managing performance, productivity, and operational metrics
• Experience across multiple warehouse functions including inbound and outbound operations
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Flexibility to support various shift schedules
