The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $68,625 - $100,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications What You Will Do in This Role
  • Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.
  • Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
  • Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
  • Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.
  • Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.
  • Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
  • Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.
  • Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.
  • Effectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5-8 years' experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Demonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred.
  • Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
  • Forklift Certification preferred
