Shipping and Receiving Associate

Mattress Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our retail operations by ensuring products move efficiently through our supply chain. In this on-site role, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming mattress and bedding shipments, accurately label and store inventory, and prepare outgoing orders for customers and stores. You'll use basic inventory systems, follow strict safety and quality standards, and keep warehouse and loading areas clean and organized.

Working closely with retail and delivery teams, you'll help us deliver a great customer experience and support career growth in a nationwide retail leader.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming mattress and bedding shipments against purchase orders
• Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in the warehouse and stockroom
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer and store orders for shipment or pickup
• Use inventory systems or scanners to track stock levels and movements
• Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, carts)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and loading areas
• Collaborate with retail and delivery teams to meet customer and store fulfillment timelines
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and quality control procedures
