Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for processing daily distribution tasks including loading, unloading, moving/transferring, and transacting materials to support in-plant logistics. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, delivery, and shipment of goods, all while operating in a cGMP environment and adhering to strict inventory management practices.

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct physical counts of inventory and transport materials between departments, facilities, and/or production floors.
• Accurately transact inventory/material movements and select materials for work orders.
• Operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks in narrow aisles and cold storage facilities.
• Follow all standard operation procedures and GMP guidelines, and adhere to safety training and instructions.
• Participate in the effective training of other employees and contribute to a team-based work environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to accurately complete transactions and fulfill requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of materials and safety protocols.

• Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with handling viral and bacterial hazards, potentially hazardous chemicals, and infectious materials.
