What You’ll Do- Support providers in delivering quality primary care and outpatient services to patients of all ages.
- Perform direct patient care tasks such as administering medications, documenting vitals, and assisting with exams and procedures.
- Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe clinical environment that promotes comfort and trust.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and families while supporting care coordination and follow‑up.
- Serve as a connector between patients, providers, and support resources to enhance care outcomes.
- Occasionally participate in staff training, meetings, and patient outreach activities.
- Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. (American Heart or Red Cross)
- Experience working in a busy outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team‑first mindset.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for meetings or professional development.
