Associate Indirect Tax Analyst

About the Opportunity

Menasha Corporation, a leader in the packaging industry, is searching for an Indirect Tax Analyst in Neenah, WI. The role involves monthly compliance of sales & use tax returns and other tasks as assigned.

• Handle all aspects of sales & use tax reporting
• Prepare and file U.S. sales & use tax returns and Canadian GST/HST returns
• Prepare monthly sales/use tax account reconciliations
• Respond to notices from state taxing authorities
• Assist in compiling documentation for state audits
• Research sales & use issues
• Assist in various indirect tax projects

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 0-2 years of experience in tax or corporate accounting
• Experience with SAP and/or Vertex helpful but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet compliance deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and business professionalism
