Senior Consolidation Accountant

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Senior Consolidation Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Consolidation Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Consolidation Accountant

Location: Fox Valley, Wisconsin

Pay Range: $45 - $60 per hour

What's the Job?

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide explanations to management.
• Assist with audit requests and external reporting requirements.
• Perform legal entity consolidations, including eliminations and equity adjustments.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred).
• 4–7+ years of accounting experience, including consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working within multiple ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial consolidation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
