Overview
Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Clerk to join our team and support daily operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role is integral to upholding our organization's mission and values while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Responsibilities- Uphold and reflect the organization’s mission, values, and vision in daily work.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and credentialing requirements.
- Manage incoming mail—U.S. and interdepartmental—by sorting, stamping, and logging as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including drafting and refining reports, presentations, and communications; ensure accuracy in grammar, formatting, and content.
- Maintain organized filing systems and reference materials for easy retrieval.
- Develop and update internal forms; compile weekly and monthly data reports.
- Coordinate calendars, maintain project timelines, and manage departmental documentation.
- Oversee office supply inventory—order, verify, and distribute materials; maintain stock in designated areas and manage weekly online orders.
- Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked; liaise with cleaning vendors to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines; perform related tasks as needed.
- Respond to information requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contribute to both independent and team-based projects; may lead or support initiatives as assigned.
- Provide backup support for reception duties, facilities inbox, and other designated areas.
- Assist with special assignments and perform additional duties as required.
- At least four years of experience in an administrative support role or fast-paced office setting.
- Managing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 or more years’ experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance principles, claims, or applications a plus.
This position is based in Menasha, and requires working five days a week. The schedule could be 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The role offers growth opportunities, serving as a gateway into the company to explore further opportunities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.25/hr.
