Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

• Base Pay $16.00 - $18.5 / Hour
• Employee Type Part Time Non-Exempt

Part time 4pm-7:30pm 1-2 days during the week and 8am-4:30am every other weekend

The Receptionist responsibilities include:

• Displaying a high level of customer service
• Greeting visitors and family members
• Answering telephone calls and routing them to the proper locations
• Assisting the other departments with correspondence and other day-to-day office duties
• Assisting with the recruiting process
• Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth

• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
• A high level of skill using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Need to be a very organized and detailed individual
• Must be a friendly and caring individual
• High school diploma
