Overview
The STEM Program Leader within the Business Transformation Office (BTO) serves as the primary architect and connector between FTI’s technology and engineering teams and the next generation of tech talent. The role builds a national STEM outreach strategy, translates complex technical innovations into educational content, and leads outreach initiatives across schools and universities.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross‑functional teams, aligning stakeholders around common goals, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated successful leadership of complex projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Up to 25% travel.
- Availability to work 8 am‑5 pm Monday‑Friday, with required flexibility for a dynamic schedule.
- Strategic Funnel Development:
Design and scale a national outreach strategy starting pre‑7th grade and extending to a year‑round university strategy. - Curriculum & Content Innovation:
Translate technical innovations (e.g., EV infrastructure, microgrids) into repeatable educational content and national blueprints. - Internal Facilitation & Capacity:
Identify and empower engineering volunteers to engage in STEM outreach without disrupting their primary work. - Cross‑Functional Alignment:
Align with Marketing and Communications to unify STEM‑related brand standards and sponsor ships. - Data Literacy & ROI:
Track STEM‑to‑Hire conversion rates and internship growth to demonstrate ROI. - Business Transformation Versatility:
Facilitate the STEM Steering Committee using project management and process improvement skills. - AI Curiosity:
Incorporate AI tools (Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Copilot) into everyday work to accelerate delivery, synthesize data, and enhance productivity. - Perform other related duties as required.
