Minimum Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering - Experience:
1–2 years of construction project management or related field; experience managing construction projects and supervising staff is highly desirable. Prior experience in an EPC environment is advantageous. - Travel: 50–100%
- Work Schedule:
Typical hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work any time as required.
- Support the planning, organization, and staffing of construction projects.
- Maintain focus on safety culture across all project phases, from planning to closeout.
- Ensure projects are completed profitably, on time, and meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Represent the company professionally to owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Visit job sites, interact with crew, customers, foremen, and subcontractors to monitor progress and promote safe behavior.
- Coordinate scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
- Manage material coordination related to shop drawing reviews, procurement, sequencing, and construction activities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction Managers, Estimators, Engineers, and Project Superintendents on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Lead or support the QA/QC program, conduct inspections, maintain logs, and manage non‑compliance corrections.
- Assist in the request for proposal process, including bid package development, proposal collection, and subcontractor agreement preparation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and control, including status reports and updates.
- Support or update project schedules as needed.
- Lead the project closeout process, acquiring, reviewing, and submitting required documentation.
- Oversee documentation for applicable grants or incentives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
