EPC Industrial​/Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI) is seeking a Faith Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project Manager to generate new business, build and maintain customer relationships, and lead EPC projects from initiation through closeout. The role will manage construction projects, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance while fostering safety culture and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Leads Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Closeout phases of the projects.
• Implements and follows quality assurance processes.
• Promotes FTI’s Safety Culture through all project phases.
• Develops turn‑key project schedules and coordinates work sequencing with field teams.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors for material coordination.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed profitably, on time, and meet customer expectations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates for accuracy; prepares bid packages and EPC estimates.
• Visits job sites, interacts with owners, developers, partners, engineers, consultants, crews, and subcontractors to support safe behavior.
• Delegates to direct reports with control systems to ensure accountability and prevent bottlenecks.
• Acts as coach and developer of talent, selects and trains team members.
• Monitors workflow across units, recommends improvements.
• Understands and conveys functional, business, and corporate strategies.
• Fosters effective cross‑functional collaborations.
• Performs related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related engineering; equivalent technical experience considered.
• Minimum 10+ years in Industrial / Manufacturing Commercial Construction; or 5 years in Industrial/Mechanical Market + 1 year construction estimating experience desired.
• On‑site construction experience a plus.
• Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office, Primavera Scheduling, and Construction Administration Software preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-100%.
