You are vital to daily business operations and customer success, growing the agency through meaningful customer relationships, marketing relevant products and services, and acting as a liaison between customers and agency departments.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

$40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
