Lead Teller – Pay Starting at $19+ DOE

Responsible for coordinating fixed activities of the Branch, performing office and administrative duties, resolving problems, cross‑selling bank products and services, supporting customer service standards, and acting in a supervisory capacity when Branch Manager is absent. Some Lead Tellers are assigned as Area Lead Tellers for multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate operational changes and updates with Branch Manager and disseminate them to branch personnel via staff meetings.
- Serve customers professionally, courteously, and efficiently, promptly handling all teller functions.
- Ensure adherence to NSB customer service standards with internal and external customers.
- Answer questions from prospects or customers, maintain good customer relations, and direct customers to appropriate employees for complex inquiries.
- Handle complex and non‑routine inquiries concerning bank policy and operating procedures; research and solve issues.
