Overview

Forward Dental Appleton is hiring a full-time dental hygienist.

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. No late nights, no weekends.

Location:

3030 N. Ballard Road, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911.

Bi‑weekly, hourly pay ($45–$50) with the option to opt into Daily Pay. Earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Arestin, iTero, and CE coverage are available. Full‑time work (minimum 30 hrs) qualifies for the full benefits package including United Healthcare PPO Health Care. Paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more.

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification
• Open to new grads or seasoned hygienists
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test during the pre‑employment process (not applicable in FL & TN)
