Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
Experience5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or climate-related roles in a corporate setting
- Experience leading projects, work streams, or cross-functional initiatives; prior people management a plus but not required
- Working knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as TCFD, IFRS, CDP
- Familiarity with LEED certification processes and requirements
- Experience with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
- Experience managing and writing sustainability disclosures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex sustainability topics to non-technical audiences
