The Opportunity
The Senior Product Manager will be a cornerstone of Faith Technologies’ continued transformation into a national leader in productized electrical distribution solutions. This individual will own the full strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the busway/switchboard product category within FTI’s Excellerate division – driving growth and profitability through market expertise, disciplined product development, and relentless customer focus.
This is a senior-level seat on the Product Management team, and the individual who fills it will bring not only proven product leadership experience, but the strategic vision and business acumen to help define the category’s direction for years to come. They will collaborate deeply with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Marketing – playing a meaningful role in mentoring and elevating product management talent as the team scales.
This individual will report directly to the Director of Product Management.
- Growth: Switchboards represent one of the furthest-along product lines within the Excellerate portfolio, making this an opportunity to step into a role with real momentum behind it. The Senior PM will have direct impact on accelerating the product’s journey from Engineered-to-Order (ETO) toward a scalable Configured-to-Order (CTO) model – a transformation with significant upside.
- Impact: This role sits at the center of Faith’s long-term vision to vertically integrate its Excellerate product portfolio. Switchboards will ultimately connect with busway and battery energy storage systems to offer a complete, turnkey power solution for data centers and industrial customers. The Senior PM will be instrumental in turning that vision into a reality.

60-Day Performance Objectives
- Deeply immerse yourself in FTI’s Product Development Process (PDP) and stage-gate methodology, understanding how the switchboard/busway product lines have progressed to date and where they stand in the development lifecycle.
- Build strong, trust-based working relationships with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and key leadership stakeholders.
