Job Summary
The Electrical Designer – Level 1 is an entry‑level designer responsible for learning and performing basic electrical design related tasks under the direct guidance of senior Electrical Design/Engineering staff, as assigned by the Corporate Engineering Manager.
Minimum Requirements- Associate Degree in Electrical Technology or High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of electrical experience, or Journeyman Electrician License with demonstrated design aptitude
- Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite;
AutoCAD/Revit knowledge preferred - Capability to travel as required and work the assigned schedule
Under direct supervision, the designer assists in the preparation of electrical designs for power, lighting, and low‑voltage electrical system installations.
Interacts with Engineering, Design, and CAD support staff on a daily basis.
Checks CAD‑produced drawings against design input for accuracy.
Consistently follows Faith Technologies established design standards.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
QualificationsAbility to apply basic electrical design principles and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
