About the Role
Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Process Engineer for our manufacturing plant located in Menasha, WI.
What You Will Do- Role Model for Safety
- Sets, monitors and improves processes according to Statistical Process Control methodologies
- Sets and saves process settings and standards (center lining, CIL) and facilitates the application of standards/systems
- Support product/material development and project implementation. Master DDS zero loss flow chart and coach teams in the application
- Own technical gap analysis of area of responsibility
- Lead small group activity in own technology area. Is the expert for process and technology for lines
- Responsible for continuously optimizing the production processes in a sustainable way through RCA and standardization
- Responsible for training and coaching the operation teams to improve behaviors to the defined standards and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of process engineering experience required
- High speed equipment experience strongly preferred
- Maintenance planning or Continuous Improvement methodologies experience preferred
- Skilled in SAP or another Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Mill Execution Systems (MES)
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to lead teams through change and improvement
Expected Compensation:
