Advanced Industrial Engineer‑Lead

This position leads a team responsible for supporting and delivering scalable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing systems. The candidate designs and optimizes manufacturing and operational processes, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with operating system principles and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize end‑to‑end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead a team focused on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives.
  • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
  • Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Create cost models, make‑vs‑buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
  • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error‑proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
  • Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp‑up strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross‑functional leadership.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:

    7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering.
  • Travel: up to 25% of the time.
  • Work Schedule:

    7 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship except TN1).
