Lead Advanced Industrial Engineer

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead a team focusing on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Build and maintain advanced simulation, flow, and capacity models to support data-driven decisions.
• Create cost models, make‑vs‑buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error‑proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp‑up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross‑functional leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Demonstrates expertise in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality. Proven ability to lead teams in advanced time studies, capacity modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
