Assistant PreConstruction Manager

• Work closely with the Preconstruction Manager during all phases of Design-Build, Design Assist, and integrated projects
• Support Estimating, Engineering, and Virtual Design and Construction activities
• Develop, track, and strategize Task Item Analysis and Project Status Reports
• Apply detailing and prefabrication strategies during preconstruction and translate them to the project team at startup
• Assist estimating team members with project budgets and cost alternatives
• Provide design, budgeting, and model coordination support
• Keep the Preconstruction Manager informed of process changes and modifications
• Support field personnel during construction and translate design intent to the field; work onsite as needed
• Support project pursuits and Request for Proposal processes
• Submit energy code and egress lighting drawings for state submittal with Faith Designers
• Create and document value engineering solutions and quantify affected cost elements
• Assist engineering teams in developing designs that meet project goals
• Support collection of schedule and production data from the field for project controls
• Support MEP coordination with other trade contractors
• Support document control and file structure management
• Support development of manufacturing opportunities with preconstruction and operations teams
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Technical Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
• Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management
• Ability to travel 15–20%
• Availability to work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday–Friday, with work at any time or on any day as business needs require
