Location: 1500 Appleton Rd., Menasha, Wisconsin

Position Type: Full‑time / Regular

Pay: $19/hour + DOE

Responsible for coordinating the routine activities of the Branch. Performs office and administrative duties, resolves problems, and actively cross‑sells bank products and services. Supports and demonstrates the customer service standards set by North Shore Bank. Acts in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager. Some Lead Tellers are assigned as Area Lead Tellers and support multiple branch locations.

• Coordinate with the Branch Manager to disseminate all operational changes and updates to branch personnel through staff meetings.
• Serve customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner by promptly handling teller functions.
• Ensure adherence to NSB customer service standards for both internal and external customers.
• Answer questions from prospects or customers, maintain good customer relations, and direct customers to appropriate employees for more complex inquiries.
• Handle complex and non‑routine inquiries by tellers and customers concerning bank policy and operating procedures; research and resolve issues.
• Act in a supervisory capacity when the Branch Manager is absent.
• Some Lead Tellers may serve as Area Lead Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.
