Financial Systems Analyst

The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance and optimization of FTI’s financial planning and analysis system. The role ensures data integrity, provides user support, and drives continuous improvement of financial processes.

• Administer and maintain the Prophix financial system, including user access, data integrations and system configurations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and other departments to gather requirements and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
• Design and develop financial models, dashboards and reports within Prophix to support strategic decision‑making.
• Diagnose system issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure effective use of Prophix tools and features.
• Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements and testing efforts.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial systems and reports.
• Document system processes, configurations and user guides.
• Stay current with Prophix updates and best practices, recommending improvements.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in financial systems. Prefer experience with ERP systems, Prophix, and working in mid‑ to large‑size organizations with complex financial structures.
• Travel: 0%.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 7AM – 5PM.
