Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for thier Manufacturing Facility near Neenah / Menasha WI area. This is a non-union plant. The HR Manager will be responsible for meeting the goals & objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting & enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. The Manager will be supported by a Sr.

HR Generalist for a workforce of about 250 persons.

This is a multi-billion dollar American company with a progressive business model and fantastic people centric culture boasting low turnover and high levels of employee reteniton and satisfaction. this company has doubled in size in the past 5 years and has 70+ domestic manufacturing centers. they have a robust plant & corporate HR org chart and offer real advancement pathways & opportunites for career oriented professionals.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
  • Responsible along with leadership team for all Employee relations
  • Train site leadership on HR systems and practices
  • Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process
  • Provide input to and support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs
  • Evaluate current and future workforce needs using data analytics and direct contact with Leadership, production, and scheduling teams.
  • Identify training and development opportunities and support the implementation of improvement plans through coaching and feedback
  • Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy
  • Support the culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication
  • Lead, manage team including performance, goals, and all personnel processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • 5+ years related HR Experience in a manufacturing organization.
  • SHRM or PHR Certifications preferred .
  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
