Data Entry Specialist

Overview

Now Hiring for Data Entry Specialists for a large and growing health benefits company in Menasha, WI. This is a hybrid schedule.

• Review scanned forms to ensure they are complete, legible, and properly uploaded into the system.
• Rename, categorize, and route scanned documents to the appropriate queues.
• Once initial backlog work is completed, process incoming paper mail onsite, including:
• Opening and sorting physical forms
• Scanning documents into the system
• Renaming, filing, and routing documents to the correct queues

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
• Prior experience in data entry, document processing, or compliance support is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Fully onsite for first 2 weeks and then 1-2 days in office per week after training. This is a contract position based out of Menasha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include:
