• Lead strategic consultation for business customers in designing business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Specify and design complex systems, ensuring the effective application of design standards and integration of multiple systems
• Communicate functional and non‑functional requirements and lead significant improvement programs
• Resolve architecture and business problems as a technical lead for complex project initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance in areas of expertise to project teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years in an IT discipline and 7 years in a business discipline
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end system design and solution architecture for enterprise platforms
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in scalable, production‑grade systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading proof‑of‑concept (POC) efforts to validate new technical solutions
• Familiarity with Dev Ops, MLOps, and containerization technologies
