And – as “one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” – is focused on the mind/body/soul of team members through our Culture of Care.

FTI’s Digital Asset Administrator supports the organization, governance, and distribution of branded assets within FTI’s digital asset management (DAM) system, serving as a centralized source of truth for digital content. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting FTI’s brand strategy by ensuring metadata accuracy, asset integrity, and brand consistency across all digital files. The Digital Asset Administrator serves as the primary owner of DAM standards, taxonomy, and governance, ensuring long‑term scalability, consistency, and usability of FTI’s digital assets.

This role requires a strong background in digital content workflows, asset taxonomy, and cross‑functional collaboration, as well as the ability to establish and uphold standards that support efficient discovery, access, and reuse of assets across the organization. A positive attitude and team‑centric demeanor are essential, as this role operates within FTI’s holistic Marketing Communications team and works closely with creative, multimedia, and cross‑functional partners to enable effective, compliant, and scalable use of digital assets.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in digital asset management, archival practices, or information governance, and a strong understanding of how assets are organized, maintained, and scaled within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in metadata standards, taxonomy development, controlled vocabularies, and DAM best practices to support efficient discovery, reuse, and long‑term consistency. Proficiency with digital asset management platforms (e.g., Frontify), content management systems, and related tools is required, along with the ability to apply system capabilities to support governance, workflows, and standards.

A solid understanding of copyright, intellectual property rights, and regulatory considerations related to asset usage and distribution is essential. The role also requires strong visual literacy to assess asset quality and brand alignment, familiarity with digital preservation and archival standards to support lifecycle management and version control, and the ability to analyze asset usage and metadata performance to drive continuous improvement.

Awareness of emerging trends and technologies in digital asset management and information governance within enterprise environments is highly valued.
