Job Description

TEKsystems is partnering with a local client to support their continued business growth by adding a new member to their Service Support team.

In this role, you will be a key contributor in delivering advanced technical support and creating a seamless experience for end users. You will take ownership of complex technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software challenges, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive effective solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a go‑to support resource by monitoring incoming requests and quickly identifying and diagnosing issues.
  • Resolve technical incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment following established procedures.
  • Manage Level 2 and Level 3 support requests across multiple channels (phone, chat, ticketing systems), escalating when appropriate.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, friendly, and solution‑oriented communication.
  • Identify root causes and implement both temporary workarounds and long‑term solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Technology teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Contribute to project efforts including planning, requirements gathering, and pre‑launch support readiness.
  • Participate in training initiatives and assist in mentoring other Service Analysts.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a strong internal knowledge base.
  • Proactively follow up with users to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts in a way that is easy for end users to understand.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay range: $20.00 – $35.00/hr.
