About The Opportunity

As a Lead SAP Analyst – Logistics Execution, you will play a key role in shaping how our supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics operations run on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0. You will partner directly with business leaders, end users, and IT team members to design scalable, secure, and intelligent SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce cost-to-serve, and contribute to Menasha’s enterprise applications strategy.

This role is part of Menasha’s SAP leadership pipeline, providing exposure to strategic decision‑making, enterprise architecture, and cross‑functional leadership, with opportunities for progression into SAP management roles.

Serve as a technical leader and escalation point for SAP Logistics Execution, guiding solution design and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. Act as a mentor and coach for SAP analysts, supporting skill development, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices.

• Lead design reviews, challenge assumptions, and ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions are delivered across initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on Logistics Execution capabilities, influencing roadmap decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

Lead delivery of enhancements and mid‑ to large‑size initiatives within modules that comprise SAP Logistics Execution (LE) using a product‑centric, agile approach.

• Translate business outcomes into system requirements, functional specifications, proof of concept, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive As‑Is/To‑Be process design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Logistics Execution, including Enterprise Structure, IM, WM/Stock Room Management, picking and putaway strategies, and Handling Unit Management.
• Ensure effective integration across SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP, supporting end‑to‑end supply chain execution.
• Experience with in a broad, multi‑plant, internal supply chain, both domestic and abroad, is strongly desired.

• Apply SAP Joule and other AI‑assisted tools to bring value to business units, streamline business decision making, and improve service levels.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and standardization across plants and business units.
• Collaborate with data and integration teams on API‑first design, improved data quality, and enhanced supply chain visibility.

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex SAP LE issues requiring deep technical expertise.
• Provide guidance to analysts on root cause analysis and resolution approaches.
• Provide expert Level1 and2 support; participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for critical business operations.
• Execute Hyper Care support activities for major releases or business events, including on‑site logistics support in a shop floor setting when required.
• Analyze and optimize inbound/outbound processes, EDI/idoc flows.

• Ensure solutions comply with IT controls, cybersecurity policies, and SAP best practices.
• Own quality across deliverables, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and change control processes are followed.
• Support enterprise change management and documentation standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of SAP functional experience.
• 5+ years of focused experience with SAP ECC6 and S/4
  
  HANA (Cloud or on‑premise).
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills; proven ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
• Deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution configuration, including Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Handling Unit Management, and shipping execution (delivery processing, route determination, and LE‑TRA).
• Demonstrated successful leadership in multiple full‑lifecycle SAP implementations.

• SAP certification in Logistics, EWM, or TM.
