The Network Engineer serves as a technical resource responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across a complex and evolving environment. This role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, firewall administration, cloud networking, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about staying current with emerging technologies.

Skills & Qualifications
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure
- Configure and support Cisco routing and switching environments
- Administer and manage next-generation firewall platforms and security policies
- Design and support networking within cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure
- Participate in infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and operational teams on networking projects
- Serve as a escalation point for complex networking issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers
- Support network security, performance optimization, and business continuity initiatives
- Participate in project planning and execution as a technical lead or key contributor
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational standards
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $55.00/hr.
