TEKsystems in Menasha, WI is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician (Tier
1) to deliver first-line IT assistance to end users. You will respond to requests, troubleshoot common issues, and document resolutions.
This full-time, onsite role works 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in a collaborative IT environment. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2+ years in a help desk role, experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with AD and ITSM ticketing platforms.
