Requirements

• WI LPN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred
• Prior experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living required
• Patient ratio of 1:10

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a healthcare facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and condition.
• Assist in the development of care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
