What You’ll Do- Be a Product Guide – Help guests find what they’re looking for, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
- Deliver Great Service – Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest leaves feeling supported.
- Support the Team – Work alongside associates and leadership to meet department goals and maintain high standards.
- Keep Things Running – Maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate pricing, and keep shelves stocked and organized.
- Operate the Register – Check out purchases with accuracy and a smile.
- Ensure Cleanliness – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
- Communicate & Collaborate – Work with vendors, managers, and fellow associates to exceed expectations.
- Honor Commitments – Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
- Support the Team – Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products sold in the wine and spirits department.
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
- Must possess the ability to apply on‑the‑job safety training to recognize and react to possible safety hazards on store premises, and be trained in hand jack, baler, forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor, proper lifting techniques, and proper scanning techniques.
- The employee must stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and kneel regularly.
- Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye‑hand‑foot coordination to operate equipment.
- Requires full range of upper body motion to occasionally lift stock and must perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time.
- Must possess functional sensory abilities to visually monitor the store, create attractive displays, and operate equipment.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Working conditions include occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual’s availability.

- Weekly Pay & Premium Pay – Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to funds. Part‑time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Full‑time associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
- Two‑Week Advanced Scheduling – Better planning and balance. Schedules are released two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability and flexibility.
