Industrial Maintenance Technician

This role is a launchpad. You'll work alongside our technicians, get hands‑on training on real industrial equipment, and have a clear path to take on more responsibility as your skills grow. Prior maintenance experience is a bonus — what matters most is how you think, work, and show up.

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility systems
• Work alongside senior technicians to diagnose and fix equipment issues, building your skills with every job
• Help spot small problems before they become big ones through routine inspections
• Respond to breakdowns and help get equipment back online quickly and safely
• Support installation and upgrade projects, gaining exposure to new systems and technology
• Keep clear, accurate maintenance records
• Follow safety protocols and contribute ideas for doing things better

• Curiosity about how things work — and a drive to figure out why they don't
• Comfort working with your hands in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and follow‑through
• Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and keep learning
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts as needed
• Any mechanical, electrical, or technical experience (school, hobbies, prior jobs, military) is a plus — but not required
