Solar Electrician

Solar Installer Electrician – responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solar systems in commercial, industrial, and field settings.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panels and equipment.
• Conduct electrical work, including wiring and connecting solar system components.
• Install solar combiner boxes, inverters, and switch gear.
• Complete installations to industry and safety standards.
• Provide customer service and respond to client questions.
• Work with the installation team to complete projects efficiently.
• Verify proper installation and alignment of racking systems for rooftop and ground‑mount arrays, ensuring secure mounting that meets safety standards and maximizes energy efficiency.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
• Analyze blueprints effectively and apply information to jobsite execution.
• Work as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer‑specific safety requirements; immediately identify, correct, and report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
• Actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  Specialized Technical Training.
• Travel: 50–75% of the time.
• Work Schedule:
  
  6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (may include nights, weekends, and holidays); flexible schedule required.

Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
