Solar Installers

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panels and equipment.
• Complete installations to safety and quality standards.
• Provide customer service and answer client questions.
• Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects efficiently.
• Properly install and align racking systems for rooftop and ground‑mount solar arrays, ensuring secure and stable mounting that meets safety standards and maximizes energy efficiency.
• Perform electrical work, including wiring and connecting solar system components.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
• Analyze blueprints and apply them to the job site.
• Work as a cohesive team member while demonstrating the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Clean and maintain job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer‑specific safety requirements, and promptly identify, correct, or report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
• Actively participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program when appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  Specialized Technical Training.
• Travel: 50–75%.

Work schedule:

The position works between 6am and 6pm, Monday through Friday, but may vary and can include nights, weekends, and holidays. A flexible schedule is necessary.
