Field Technician – Fox Crossing, WI

As a Field Technician at BAYCOM you play a vital role in keeping our customers’ mission‑critical technology running smoothly. In this hands‑on position you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access controls. On‑the‑job training is provided so you can develop your expertise alongside experienced technicians.

• Install, configure, and maintain radio communication systems, video security cameras, and door access controls.
• Perform routine inspections, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to field customers.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with customers.
