Industrial Maintenance Technician

Gunderson Inc is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team within our uniform rental and facility services operations. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production, conveyor, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment;

diagnose equipment failures; read schematics; and document work in a CMMS. The technician will support continuous improvement, follow strict safety procedures, and partner closely with operations in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
