As a Warehouse Teammate here at Werner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with various warehouse tasks as needed.

Job Hours12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Monday through Friday
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma and equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect product for quality and accuracy.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS transactions and regular stock checks.
- Organize and label product for easy retrieval and tracking.
- Pick product from storage locations according to workflow on RF Gun.
- Carefully package items for shipping to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including shipping labels, packing lists, and final destination staging.
- Coordinate with proper personnel on time sensitive (RUSH) orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in safety training programs and report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that product and supplies are stored properly.
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and free of debris while maintaining area 5S checklist.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Warehouse Teammates and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory and operational issues.
- Other related duties as assigned.
