• Prepare and review financial statements, accountant's reports, and client deliverables
• Review staff work papers and provide timely coaching and feedback
• Prepare and review sales tax returns, including more complex filings
• Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and financial analyses for clients
• Ensure tax depreciation is accurately recorded and financial statements reconcile to tax returns
• Manage multiple client engagements, priorities, and deadlines effectively
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and respond promptly to questions and requests
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide additional value-added services to clients
• Assist with staff training, development, and onboarding
• Support accounting, advisory, and client service projects as assigned

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to review work and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Positive attitude, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
• CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred
• 3+ years of public accounting, client accounting, or related experience preferred
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and client accounting work
• Experience working directly with clients preferred

$70,000 to $90,000 (depends on experience, credentials, and qualifications)
