• Collaborative, people-centered culture
• EOS® operating system for clarity, accountability, and traction
• Sophisticated clients and modern, paperless processes
• Strategic visibility and influence firmwide

• Optimize firmwide workflow and ensure a seamless process
• Support work assignment, capacity planning, and prioritization
• Own operational reporting, dashboards, and EOS scorecards (“truth teller”)
• Analyze data related to workflow, capacity, and client engagements
• Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives
• Manage cross-functional operational and technology projects
• Support software implementations, training, and adoption
• Partner with IT and internal teams on systems, data, and AI initiatives
• Support M&A-related data and integration projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data, reporting, and dashboard experience
• Software and IT engagement experience
• Lean Six Sigma background or openness to using Six Sigma tools
• Leadership presence with ability to influence without authority

• Professional services experience strongly preferred
