Systems Administrator

Overview

We’re looking for an early career Systems Administrator to join the team! This role will partner with the IT team in the development and support of systems integrations for EDI (Orderful & SPS), API (Celigo), and Channel Advisor (Rithum).

• Setup New EDI Integrations with Orderful and SPS Commerce
• Manage Celigo’s Integrations Error Queues and send out daily maintenance tasks
• Configure & Setup Field Mappings and configurations for Channel Advisor for Retailers
• Partner with key stakeholders and communicate updates on Integration status and error correction via Asana daily.
• Document IT Runbooks with key information on Integrations Setups, Configuration, Maintenance and Schedules.
• Develop reporting best practices for IT Integration dashboards and monitoring.
• Efficiently diagnose issues with and take appropriate action to solve.
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of IT experience, preferably in the retail space
• Demonstrated experience with iPaaS preferred (Celigo, Snaplogic, etc)
• Basic knowledge of Java would be recommended or similar development experience
• Warehouse and or Fulfillment Experience with Pick, Pack and Ship
• Technical writing skills with documenting IT Systems and Help Desk Tickets
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and strong
