• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• One year of hands‑on experience engaging with customers, patients, or students, like working in a call center, hospital/clinic, school, providing hospitality services, or aiding in a help desk environment.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in healthcare or working as a caregiver
• Strong computer skills and experience in a variety of software tools
• Experience in multiple technology platforms, including internet connectivity and Customer Relationship Management systems such as  (CRM) preferred
