PMO Manager

Build the operational backbone of a Top 25 Twin Cities CPA & Wealth Management firm—where we drive an exceptional client and employee experience. DSB Rock Island is hiring for a newly created, high-impact role supporting firm growth while preserving culture and service excellence.

• Strategic visibility and influence firmwide

• Support M&A‑related data and integration projects
• Optimize firmwide workflow and ensure a seamless process
• Support work assignment, capacity planning, and prioritization
• Own operational reporting, dashboards, and EOS scorecards ("truth teller")
• Analyze data related to workflow, capacity, and client engagements
• Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives
• Manage cross‑functional operational and technology projects
• Support software implementations, training, and adoption
• Partner with IT and internal teams on systems, data, and AI initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Data, reporting, and dashboard experience
• Software and IT engagement experience
• Lean Six Sigma background or openness to using Six Sigma tools
• Project management experience
• Leadership presence with ability to influence without authority

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Professional services experience strongly preferred
• EOS®, Lean, or Six Sigma exposure a plus

$90,000 to $120,000 (depends on experience, credentials, and qualifications)
