IT Quality Control Senior Advisor

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Develop testing strategy and master test plan to support testing objectives.
• Create and review test plans with all stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate all testing activities within a project/program.
• Design, develop, and implement testing components and techniques.
• Prepare necessary test data and manage test data provisioning.
• Define and apply appropriate testing methods to assure product conformity to requirements and design.
• Review and approve all project‑related test assets for completeness and quality.
• Collect testing metrics, report status, and provide supporting data using JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate with configuration management and release management on releases and test schedules.
• Create automation scripts using Selenium.
• Execute tests in all environments, including production, using SOAP UI, Postman, browsers, and Perfecto.
• Manage onshore and offshore test execution resources for the project under test.
• Accountable for test data management, requirements collection, data gap identification, and alignment with configuration and release management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, OR no degree with nine (9) years of information technology experience focusing on software testing.
• Seven (7) years of experience in information technology with a focus on software testing.
• Proficiency in frontend web portal and mobile app testing.
• Experience with agile tools for test requirement creation:
  Jira, Confluence, qTest.
• Familiarity with browser debugging tools and API testing tool Postman.
• Knowledge of No
  
  SQL databases.
• Experience with infrastructure on cloud platforms using AWS.
