Hybrid schedule based in Mendota Heights, MN. After theinitialorientation period, the role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week. - Team Culture

As our IT Coordinator
,you'llserve as the operational backbone of our Information Services team, helping keep technology running smoothly across a multi-site organization. In this role,you'll coordinate IT operations, support enterprise technology initiatives, manage technology assets, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service while driving continuous improvement.
- IT Operations Support
:
Support daily IT operations by coordinating service activities,assisting the Information Systems team,monitoringworkflows, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. - Technology Asset Management
:
Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise technology assets, including inventory and CMDB accuracy, procurement, deployment, licensing, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software. - IT Project Coordination
:
Coordinate IT projects from planning through completion by tracking timelines, organizing resources, communicating updates, and supporting successful project execution. - Documentation & Training
:
Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources that enable consistent support and user success. - Research & Process Improvement
:
Research emerging technologies, evaluate solutions, andidentifyopportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency. - Vendor & Contract Support
:
Partner with technology vendors to coordinate services, manage technology agreements,monitorcosts, and supportpurchasingand contract activities. - Reporting & Compliance
:
Maintainaccuraterecords, prepare operational reports, support audits, and help ensure technology assets and processes remain compliant with organizational standards. - Team Collaboration & Support
:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, build strong relationships across the organization, and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused IT culture.
