  • Monitor inventory levels and internal demand forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
  • Expedite, defer, or adjust purchase orders based on changing production schedules, inventory requirements, and customer demand.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery, quality, and invoice discrepancies, and develop strong working relationships with domestic and international vendors.
  • Investigate supply chain disruptions and collaborate with management and suppliers to implement timely corrective actions.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure customer requirements, inventory accuracy, and procurement objectives are achieved.
  • Analyze purchasing, inventory, and logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, inventory controls, audit requirements, and applicable supply chain procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, supplier performance, and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, or materials planning, with international sourcing experience preferred.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional supply chain activities and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
