EDS Service Solutions is hiring a dependable and motivated Supervisor to support our rental car operation at MSP International Airport.
In this leadership position, you will oversee employees during your assigned shift, maintain productivity and safety standards, coach team members, and help ensure our rental car partner receives dependable, high-quality service.

What You’ll DoSupervise and monitor employees scheduled during your shift
Keep team members productive, engaged, and on task
Ensure employees follow company policies and workplace safety procedures
Monitor productivity goals and ensure performance standards are met
Complete required productivity reports and operational paperwork
Train, coach, and mentor new employees
Assist management with daily operational needs and provide coverage when needed
Support Drivers/Transporters, Leads, and Vehicle Service Associates (car cleaners) as necessary
Help ensure staffing and customer needs are met throughout the shift
Maintain a professional and positive work environment
Location: Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport
Worksite: ACE Rent A Car, 2143 E 77th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55450
Pay: $24.00 per hour – Weekly Pay

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable leading employees in a fast-paced environment
Airport, transportation, rental car, logistics, or operations experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
$24.00 per hour
