POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM or until work is completed + rotating Saturdays.
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires; pushing force up to 40 pounds for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work in stock racks up to 25 feet tall, operating equipment safely at height.
- Be on the move, working on feet for extended periods, willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Onboard and train new hires.
- Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
- Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
- Responsible for inventory control: adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
- Assist with ecomm and will call as needed.

Physical demands:
The job requires visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds; may exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) or use of mechanical equipment. Safety equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline).
Protective equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, fumes from tires, car parts, lubricants.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).
